Authority Press Publishing may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. You should review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
In these Terms and Conditions, all services provided by and related to Authority Press Publishing, including text, graphics, images, interface elements, website design, data, and other content are referred to as the “Website” and/or “Service.”
Authority Press Publishing reserves the right to refuse or remove any project or user-submitted content that violates these Terms or is considered illegal, obscene, defamatory, or harmful.
Authority Press Publishing may access or disclose your account information if required by law or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Authority Press Publishing, its users, or the public.
Authority Press Publishing provides an online publishing and design platform where registered clients can submit project assignments and publishing requests.
Clients may revise those requests and receive responses from professional designers and publishing experts associated with Authority Press Publishing.
Services are delivered based on the package selected by the Client and follow a process of Creative Briefs, Revision Briefs, and Responses until the project is finalized.
Clients are responsible for providing detailed project descriptions, including examples, requirements, and deadlines.
Authority Press Publishing may deny or reject any project brief at its sole discretion.
Once a project response is delivered, the Client must review it promptly. Failure to notify Authority Press Publishing of issues will be considered acceptance of the delivered work.
If revisions are needed, the Client must submit a revision brief explaining the requested modifications.
Revision cycles generally include 2–6 additional revisions depending on the selected package.
Major changes may be requested during early revision cycles, while later revisions focus only on refining the current design.
By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
Authority Press Publishing is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by system failures, maintenance, or network issues.
The refund policy will be void if:
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind or disagreements unrelated to the service.
Clients are not eligible for refunds after 7 days from the purchase date.
Services including Social Media Management, SEO Services, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable.
Website development projects are non-refundable once the design has been approved and development begins.
Orders may be cancelled within 7 days for valid service-related reasons only.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@authoritypresspublishing.com.
Authority Press Publishing reserves the right to review refund claims and approve or deny them at its discretion.
Payments are processed securely via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, bank transfer, or cheque.
All prices listed on this website are exclusive of applicable taxes.
